In this piece, I examined the Art Nouveau movement and how it evolved into Art Deco. Alphonse Mucha was a big inspiration for this piece, and I tried to weave in his classically beautiful women and natural motifs, while the starburst pattern in the background hints at Art Deco’s emergence after this movement.
